Wright Investment in Doncaster

A Doncaster company made the right choice when it came to investing in the town say its bosses.

Wright Investment, who took over the old Graziana site at Balby Carr Bank have created J3 Business Park making a positive economic impact on the area by developing the site, which is now home to some 84 companies.

Colin Wright, Chief Executive of Wright Investments predicted that the site would provide a massive step forward for the region.

He said: “We are delighted to see that our investment in this site has had such a positive impact by enabling such a large number of smaller businesses to start their entrepreneurial journey in the town.”

The site offers flexible office accommodation; starting from one small office to full suites; industrial units from 500 sq ft and a 300,000 sq ft warehouse.

“In J3 Business Park we recognise an important commercial property investment which has already begun to support the creation of many new jobs in the area,” added Colin.

The facility is owned by Wright Investments and has seen substantial growth since it was launched in 2006

“We have every confidence in the success of this business park and, believe that location combined with competitive rents will continue to make the park a highly attractive site.

“We are seeing strong interest from a number of major occupiers thanks to the business park’s location next to the motorway, within a mile of Junction 3 of the M18,” he explains.

In addition to its excellent motorway access, the business park’s proximity to the amenity attractions of Doncaster centre is also an important asset.

“We have developed quite a community feel already at J3 Business Park with cross company networking being encouraged at every opportunity.

“It is hoped that surrounding communities will benefit from the continued job opportunities that are being created,” concluded Colin.
